General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the sm40 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between sm40 and each registered member.

Sm40 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final. sm40 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time for non-compliance with its rules and Terms and Conditions.

Sm40 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Account registration by minors is prohibited. Failure to pass age verification will result in account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

Account Registration

To register on sm40, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
  • Only one account is permitted per person, address, or payment method.
  • Any changes to your account details must be reported to sm40 promptly.
  • Members are solely responsible for the security of their own account.

If any individual attempts to open multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited. sm40 reserves the right to review and reject any registration request at its discretion.

Account login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with any third party. The account holder is solely responsible for all activity conducted through their account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Sm40 verifies the identity of all members in accordance with international anti-money laundering policies. Completing the KYC process is mandatory before any withdrawal can be made.

Any one of the following documents must be provided for KYC verification:

  • National ID Card (NID)
  • Passport
  • Driving License

A utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months may be required for address verification. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours, though complex cases may take up to 72 hours.

Your KYC documents are fully protected. sm40 never sells or shares your personal information with third parties — except where required by law.

Deposit Policy

The following rules apply when making a deposit on sm40:

  • Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (BDT)
  • Maximum Deposit: ৳50,000 per day (may vary depending on account level)

  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited. If third-party funds are detected, the full amount will be returned and an investigation into the account will be initiated. sm40 reserves the right to reverse any deposit where an irregularity is found.

Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from sm40:

  • Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
  • Maximum Withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 per day
  • Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 3–5 business days.
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

Sm40 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request or request additional verification for security purposes. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

If fraudulent activity is suspected, sm40 may suspend withdrawals and conduct a full investigation. Your account may be temporarily disabled during this process.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus and promotion offers on sm40 are governed by the following general terms:

  • Each bonus offer comes with its own specific terms, which are detailed on the offer page.
  • The welcome bonus is available once only, applied to your first deposit.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — you must first meet the specified wagering requirement.
  • Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts.
  • Sm40 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

Betting Rules

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sm40 platform:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Registering with false or fraudulent information.
  • Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds.
  • Participation in match fixing or manipulation of sports events.
  • Hacking the platform's software or exploiting vulnerabilities.
  • Placing bets using bots or automated software.
  • Operating an account using a third party's funds.

Any member found engaging in the above activities will have their account permanently closed, all deposited funds forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure

Sm40 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • If evidence of a breach of our terms and conditions is found.
  • If KYC verification is not completed or false documents are submitted.
  • When suspicious or fraudulent transactions are detected.
  • At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
  • Due to a security risk.

Before closing an account, the member will be informed of the reason and given an opportunity to respond — unless immediate action is required. Members may also request closure of their own account at any time.
